The Tiny House I'd Build at 70: No Loft, No Stairs

👉 My book - The Real Price of Getting Out https://onegoodbook.gumroad.com/the-r... I’m seventy, I live off the grid, and one February night, the ladder to my sleeping loft came one rung from finishing me. That is why I’d build my next tiny house as a 400-square-foot home on one level-with no loft and no stairs anywhere. I’ll walk you through the bed, shower, cost, and the patch of ground the law allows me to build on. I’ll also share what I learned after spending two years in a $3,000 camper and building my cabin twice because the first version was wrong. Tell me where you’re watching from-and whether you’d choose a single-level tiny house. #tinyhouse #offgridliving #simpleliving #aginginplace #homesteading
