Pinchos de Pollo with Guava BBQ Sauce is the 2nd installment of our Latin grill series Bori-Q. Pinchos are grilled pieces of meat served on a skewer. In this video, we're making Pinchos de Pollo, or Grilled Chicken Skewers, basting them with a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce made with guava. Pinchos are near and dear to my heart! I have fond memories of going with my mom to a popular park in my hometown of Trenton, NJ, and eating all types of Pinchos [chicken, beef, pork]. These grilled meat skewers were a staple in the park as community baseball leagues played throughout the day.
