I used yesterday’s bad day energy to fuel my body today…let frustration be there, feel it, process it, but never allow it to stay too long… I’ll admit this past weekend mentally, I struggled…my brand new leg broke at rehearsal for our dear friends wedding, it killed all day Saturday, but it’s Monday and my leg is still broke, BUT I am alive, I made the most of what I had this weekend with the help of so many amazing people in my life being able to celebrate my friends love and party along side the best is something I’ll never take for granted again. I know I don’t thank people enough, so you all know who you are…THANK YOU for always ALWAYS being there when I’m not strong enough. Today, I reset, and it feels so good. Love love love MORE
