1970s 8mm Cine Film -Mystery Reel featuring random shots and Folk Festival circa 1968

This channel is dedicated to sharing 8mm cine film footage of Sidmouth, Devon, UK from the 1960s through to the early 1980s. The footage was shot by two Sidmouth men, Tony Perram and Arnold Enticott, and has now been digitised for all to enjoy This "mystery" film starts with random shots taken from The Manor Pavilion and The Byes It then moves on to footage of the 1966 Folk Festival before moving on to some random shots taken at Postbridge Dartmoor Could it be The Mercury Players....? If you can identify any locations please add details in comments. This was a Standard 8mm film which was damaged and was difficult to keep exactly "in frame" for the whole film....It snapped several times and had to be rejoined.
