Oud & Duduk Improv 2011

Hey All, First Oud video of 2011! To be honest I hadn't touched the Oud in months, Just too busy focusing on Guitar & Duduk and even then, I was slouching at both... So I got it out the case and have left it out of the case for the last week or so. Been trying to work on my circular breathing on Duduk and this was good "practice", Since my previous video the Duduk was taking the lead more, This time I thought I'd give the Oud it's turn. Scale wise here I'm going between Bayati & Hijaz, trying to focus more on Beyati though, playing the E & B half flat notes, and trying to do the same on Duduk. Thought this would be a tad more interesting then watching me rip a bunch of 32nd note triplet runs in lydian... Enjoy, DFZ Ps.
