Cook together for 10 minutes 1lb sorrel chopped 1 lb sugar 1tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp grated nutmeg 1/2 tsp ground star anise 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp grated ginger I cup mixed fruits, chopped Add 1tbsp red food coloring 1 cup wine 1/2 cup rum Mix together in a blender 4 eggs 8 oz butter 8 oz sugar 1/2 cup rum cream, optional 1/2 cup sour cream, optional Dry ingredients 1 lb flour 1tbsp baking powder 2 tsp baking soda Bake at 350F for 40minutes to 1 hour
