I Started YouTube In My 50's. Here's What It Taught My Brain About Learning

You can't teach an old dog new tricks. How many possibilities have we dismissed because we believed that saying? In this video, we're talking about neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to adapt and change through learning and experience) and what it means for women over 50. I'm breaking down the science in everyday language and questioning the messages that have convinced some of us we were too old to learn, create, or change our familiar ways. From learning technology to practicing a different response in relationships, there is still room to grow. Learning may require time, repetition, and support.
