Synopsis: As the final games approach, Gi-hun struggles with In-ho’s offer to kill the other players to guarantee his own survival. Haunted by the memory of Kang Sae-byeok telling him he’s a good person, he refuses. In-ho himself recalls the atrocities he committed during the 2015 games at Oh Il-nam’s command. The next day, the remaining finalists—including Gi-hun, Myung-gi, and the baby—advance to the last deadly round. Off the island, No-eul forces the Officer to erase all records of Gyeong-seok’s involvement, ultimately killing him and destroying the evidence before attempting suicide. The final game, Sky Squid Game, forces players to push each other off towering platforms. Min-su, hallucinating, is quickly eliminated. Myung-gi kills Player 336 and reveals he is the baby’s biological father. Gi-hun kills Player 203 in self-defense, while Myung-gi pushes others without remorse. Meanwhile, Jun-ho rescues Gyeong-seok and takes out the guards sent to recapture him. With only Gi-hun, Myung-gi, and the baby remaining, Myung-gi plans to use the baby as leverage to win everything. But Gi-hun tricks him, crosses first, and in a final act of humanity, chooses to sacrifice himself. Declaring, “We were humans, not horses,” Gi-hun throws himself off the edge. His death shocks the VIPs and moves In-ho to save the baby before the island self-destructs.
