DIY: How to make a tulle skirt

In this video I show you how I put my tulle skirt together for this diaper cake. I use light pink tulle, gold tulle and bright pink tulle. The ribbon I use to hold the tulle is 3/8" but I think 1/4" would have been better. I hope you enjoy the video. Thank you
