Easy Crochet Boho Cowl ~ Great for scrap-busting!

This gorgeous crochet cowl works up in a snap and is perfect for scrap busting. My favorite thing to do is use the leftover super bulky weight yarn from my hats I crank out for markets and craft fairs. There’s always just enough yarn left that I hate to throw it away, but not enough left to make another hat. This project reduces waste and the resulting cowl then matches multiple hats in my booth. For Ravelry, see: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr... Supplies Needed -Super bulky weight (size 6) yarn, 25-30 yds. of each color (I use 3 colors in the video) -Faux fur yarn, approx. 30-40 yds. (make sure it is a size 6 super bulky weight and NOT a jumbo weight!) -Size 10.0 mm hook, or size needed to obtain gauge -2 1.5-inch. wooden buttons -1 1-inch button (optional) -Scissors, yarn needle, tape measure Gauge 7 dc and 4 rows = 4 inches. Gauge is fairly important for this project, but exact gauge is not imperative. Finished Measurements Cowl measures approx. 35 x 8 inches in size, not including fringe. Measurements are taken with the cowl unbuttoned and laying flat, unblocked. Follow me on social media!
