We enjoy a simple, natural lifestyle, surrounded by untouched nature, green trees, fresh air, and organic farm produce. 🌱🏡 In today’s video, join us for a beautiful day of traditional village life, homemade bread baking, and delicious organic cooking. 🌾 Traditional Homemade Bread Baking My morning begins with preparing flour, carefully sifting it, heating water, and kneading the dough by hand. While the dough rests, enjoy the peaceful sounds of rural life, the green mountain landscapes, grazing sheep, and villagers working in their fields. 🔥 Baking Traditional Bread in a Wood-Fired Oven It is time to prepare the traditional village oven! My son Aria helps me gather firewood and put it into the oven, while his grandfather chops larger pieces of wood with an axe. The flames dance beautifully inside the traditional oven, filling our home with warmth. The warmth of our village people is just as special as the warmth of our wood-fired oven. ❤️ We shape the dough into small portions, stretch it by hand, and carefully place each piece inside the hot oven. Soon, the wonderful smell of freshly baked traditional village bread fills the air. I wish I could share the delicious taste and irresistible aroma of this freshly baked homemade bread with you! 🫓🔥 🎃 Harvesting Fresh Pumpkins & Cooking a Traditional Village Dish Later, I head out to the countryside to pick fresh yellow pumpkins. Along the way, you can enjoy birdsong, peaceful mountain scenery, green trees, grazing sheep, and the authentic beauty of rural Iran. I take the freshly harvested pumpkins to our village spring and wash them in its clear, refreshing water. Back home, I peel the pumpkins and put them on the traditional stove to cook. While the pumpkins are cooking, I take the peels to our sheep and feed them, then give the sheep fresh water. Caring for our animals is an important part of our simple, natural village lifestyle. 🐑💚 Next, I return to the kitchen to continue preparing our delicious traditional pumpkin dish. I peel and fry fresh garlic, mix a little flour with water, and add it to the cooked pumpkins to create a comforting homemade village meal. The aroma and taste of this simple, organic dish are truly wonderful! 🎃🍲 Throughout the day, my lovely sons Aria and Arad fill our home with happiness. While Arad rests and sleeps, Aria enjoys playing and helping me with the daily village activities.
