Discipline Is a Promise You Keep | Animated Short Film

How many promises have you made to yourself and quietly broken? In this animated short film, a man sets an alarm, makes a promise, and breaks it again and again, while something in the shadows grows stronger with every broken promise. Then he tries something different: one small promise. Then another. #motivation #animatedshortfilm #discipline
