Wiring Lionel’s Postwar UCS for Independent Voltage

Hey it’s Eli, I’m back.. With hopefully some things You too can work into Your Layout. I figured out this method years ago, & it is a nice aspect to have at your Raily Fingertips. I have done my best to show this “Step by Step”. Hadn’t done one in years, so bare w/ me as I’m a bit rusty. I have tried to be thorough & somewhat quick, though to the depth I’m describing/ showing this it just takes up time.
