Kawasaki K3V63DTP Hydraulic pump Strip, Clean and Rebuild. Pump came in for repair, on stripping the unit, our engineer identified that the rear set of pistons were badly damaged. Therefore, we replaced the pistons, in addition we lapped both cylinder block and plates back in to 100% contact and all bearing and seals were changed as standard. Pump fully load tested and now back to OEM standards and issued with 12 months written warranty.
