Remember in a Honda, the charging rate is regulated by the computer and it is told so by the battery sensor located on the negative side of the battery cable. So check that as part of your diagnosis of the charging system. the readings you see with the multi meter is just my readings, they are not as far as I know the correct measurements by the factory manufacturer. All I did was to show and compare the difference between the old one and this aftermarket one.
