Now it’s time to reset, refocus and fight back in the FRR Tour Ignite Stage 6 individual time trial. We’re racing Legends & Lava in Watopia: 25 km with 352 m of elevation, and this is definitely not a straightforward flat iTT. The route includes Titans Grove and finishes with the Volcano KOM, so pacing this one correctly is going to be crucial. Go too hard early and the final climb could become very painful. Hold too much back and you’ve left time on the road. After Thursday, I mainly want one thing — a race I can be happy with again.
