Brauerei Prechtel in Uehlfeld, Franconia: computer-free brewing, coolship, carp, freshly-slaughtered pig meats, countryside Bierkeller. Broadcast on the 02.09.2017 episode of Zwischen Spessart und Karwendel in BR. Subtitled by me, translating BR's German ones -- but some are missing and I failed to catch all of them. Most importantly at 7:46 -- "It's still all proper German hand-work, and for me that's OK." Swap "inn" for "tavern" if you will. Never been 100% sure how to translate such places into English.
