ECCO in Elizabeth is a 258-unit class A apartment community to be built in a prime location in the City of Elizabeth, just outside of New York City. This luxury community will be built as 4 story, wood framed apartments over a convenient garage for residents. Unit features include open concept floorplans with granite countertops stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryers, plank flooring, 9’ ceiling heights, and walk-in closets.
