If you have Silver you can hit Diablo with her Ultimate as I did to drain all of her TP so she can use her Ultimate. There are other units that drain/Steal TP like Joan Kartright, she also has good mobility. You may need some AoE damage dealer. If you have your own Black Prince then the fight should be easy if you have the extra skill that gives him 1 TP per enemy hit. With Esmeralda's Act again skill Black prince can do his AoE in round 1. Otherwise take it slower and approach Diablo with care. Maybe you can have a unit that can neutralize Diablo for a turn or stun her for a turn, that way she never get to act.
