Ingredients
Sardines - 10
Shallots - 10
ginger garlic chopped-1tsp
Fenugreek Seeds- 1/4 Tsp
Crushed Kashmiri Chili POwder / Paprika - 2 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilies - 3
KudamPuli - 2 pieces
Curry leaves - 2 Sprigs
coconut oil-1Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Recipe note.
If you are using regular chili powder
use 1 tsp or less
Have it with Rice, Chapathi, appam......
