I am the type of person to always look at the faults in myself before others. Also, I try to adjust and “perfect” myself & my actions to be helpful & loving towards others. I’ve finally realized that putting so much pressure on myself has really affected my self esteem. & my approach has been more damaging than helpful to myself & my most intimate relationships. The men that I talk about in this video are great guys. & I thank them for their time & the lessons that have pushed me to be the valuable woman I am today. **I may delete this video shortly after my subscribers get to watch it. I share a lot of person details about my life at some of my lowest times. None of us are perfect. I feel that I am especially far from it. But I know that as I am working through trauma & building self-love & self-respect, I can see my past self as someone just trying to so those things unconsciously.
