Fender delete a Scout Bobber with standard seat

Quick walk through of the process I took to do a fender delete on my 2019 Indian Scout Bobber and keep a standard seat as opposed to a 1920 solo seat. Check for a subframe on eBay or Facebook. Anyone who has done that other type of fender delete would have a subframe they aren’t using. I did it this way because I wanted to keep my Mustang seat.
