Hello Friends Welcome to "Textile Ride" Topic: Herring Bone twill weave | Types of twill weave | Draft plan | Peg plan | Textile Ride In this video i discuss about Herring Bone twill weave which is the type of twill weave or derivatives of twill weave. Herring Bone twill weave/weaving its is define as the reverse of twill weave but in reverse pattern the up & down pattern become opposite. where in design the 2/2 two up & two down, while in reverse mechanism the two down and two are followed . Now according to weave design we draw the draft plan. as first of all look at the weave design that which end pattern is same and mentioned it by different colors. now after that make straights draft in half of area of draft plan and than same end pass through the same healed shaft which make unique draft which also called break draft or pointed draft. Now after this according to weave design and draft plan draw the peg or lefting plan. The peg or lefting plan is similier to design not reverse because it has same path.
