Macular Disease Conference 2026: Hope for the Future, 12 September 2026 Will Thornton, Community Engagement Manager for the Midlands and North of England, is joined by volunteers Hazel and Ann to share practical hints, tips and gadgets that can make everyday tasks easier when living with sight loss. Drawing on their own experiences, Hazel and Ann share ideas for adapting everyday activities, including practical gadgets and techniques that can be particularly useful in the kitchen. They demonstrate how simple adaptations can make tasks such as preparing food and cooking easier, safer and more manageable.
