This van came in because the air con wasn't working. Simple enough, right? Except the condenser was absolutely destroyed, the replacement pipe was discontinued, the first one we found from a scrapyard was damaged in exactly the same place, and eventually we had to get one shipped over from France. Then, while we had the front end apart, we found a failed ball joint, a knackered drop link and brakes covered in grease. And the best bit? This van needs to be back on the road for Monday.
