How to Get Rid of Meetings

Do you hate meetings? Maybe hate is too strong of a word. Let me rephrase. Are you drowning in unproductive meetings? If you're like me, the answer is likely. Yes. I think a big part of the problem is that everyone wants to have a meeting for everything when they really shouldn't. My pet peeve is a two-person meeting, let's be clear, a meeting with just two people is not a meeting. It's a conversation. Frankly, though, I think we need more of them.
