Recorded in real 4K with original sound, no voice-over and no music, so you can feel like you're really there. 🏛️ ABOUT KATRA MASJID Katra Masjid was built around 1723-24 by Murshid Quli Khan, the first Nawab of Bengal, who made Murshidabad the capital of Bengal. The mosque is known for its red brick and terracotta work and its old Mughal-style design. It was also built as a place of Quran teaching, and Murshid Quli Khan is said to be buried beneath the steps at its entrance.
