Leg Day With Gloff

It's been a hot second since I posted some YouTube training stuff, but this time (and for the future) I have the the wondrous opportunity to train with the muscle professor himself, Nick Gloff. Want to see a couple large dudes just BS and move metal around for a bit? This is basically what we do and will keep doing until we're large enough to move even more metal around. For coaching inquiries check out our IG's or websites for more information and all other things related to training: ‪@nickgloff‬ ‪@nealearmstrong5951‬@neale_armstong www.teamgloff.com www.theherdsite.squarespace.com #legday #training
