Quilt Auction!! Michiana Mennonite Relief Sale 2026

I spent the day at the Michiana Mennonite Relief Sale in Elkhart, Indiana, where beautiful handmade quilts are auctioned to raise funds for Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) and its relief, development, and peace work around the world. This video is a little collage of the auction and some of the quilts that especially caught my eye. While I did not bid on any quilts, I was amazed by the craftsmanship—particularly the incredibly fine hand quilting on so many of these pieces. There is something special about seeing generations of quilting tradition used to support a meaningful cause. Of course, I had to pick a few favorites! Would you have bid on any? #SewJoyWithChrysta #Quilting #QuiltAuction #MennoniteQuilts #HandQuilting #QuiltInspiration #QuiltersOfInstagram #QuiltLove #MennoniteReliefSale #MCC
