Riding the nice elevator at the Domain Plaza Parking Garage in Austin, Texas, and even though it creaks like a newer Otis elevator, at least this one runs well (better than a Schindler MT-300A), but also has a quiet cab fan. Specifications: General-Otis/Roped Hydraulic. Performance-3000 Lbs/30 HP. Distance-55 feet/5 floors & 100 FPM. Year-Installed/2008-2009. Fixtures-Series 5. Cab-Brushed stainless steel ceiling with 6 recessed lights, flat brushed stainless steel walls with 2" wide brushed stainless steel handrail, natural gray stone tile floor, & brushed stainless steel fronts/car doors/lobby doors/jambs.
