STARGATE Ships Explained: DAEDALUS CLASS Battlecruiser

In this video we are going to look at the Daedalus class battle cruiser or BC-304 in Stargate. The ship is introduced at the end of Stargate SG-1 and is seen throughout Stargate Atlantis and in Stargate Universe. It is the second generation capital ship built by humans after the Prometheus is destroyed. The ship played a vital role in fighting the Ori, the Lucian Alliance and other enemies. The Daedalus class comes with Asgard technology as standard in the form of shields and hyperdrive and was later fitted out with Asgard plasma beams.
