Conqueror UEV 490 squeaky a arms repair - preparation and identification

The A-Arm Pivot axle shaft has locked up on this Conqueror UEV 440. (Same suspension systems as the UEV 490). We show you and talk about the upgrades done to the existing A-Arm axle components, discuss the install on an upgraded one-piece axle shaft - cored out to accept grease nipples and in future, be serviceable. We also talk about the other upgrades we did while we were at it as the lot had to come apart!! The A-Arm locking problem is evident by loud squeaking noises coming from under the trailer when it is rocking.
