I’ve Never Struggled This Hard Before! 💀🔥| BD 006

Hey, Champions! 🔥 This is episode 6 of Building the Dream. Today was a busy day. I upgraded the Wi-Fi in my filming area, checked the pool, looked for a new place to film during winter, had a good workout and made my homemade protein shake. But the most important part — I gave myself a new challenge. I tried to do one pull-up with +40 kg, like I could before. I failed. So now I have one month. On November 11, I will try again. Let’s get to work. 🔥 WHO AM I? 👋 Hey, brothers! I’m Dmitry, 28, from a small town in Russia. I run a flower business, but my dreams go far beyond that. I want to grow, travel the world, build something meaningful, and one day move to the USA. My English isn’t perfect. Neither am I. And that’s okay. Building the Dream is my journey of becoming stronger, improving my English, building my body, growing this channel and creating the life I really want. No fake motivation. No perfect life. Just the real process. Welcome to the journey. 🤝🔥 📸 Instagram:   / itsdmitrydedov   Best music: Neffex - A feeling Neffex - Better days Neffex - GO Neffex - Gratefull Neffex - Best of me Neffex - Nightmare Neffex - When i was young Neffex - Broken dreams #BuildingTheDream #SelfImprovement #FitnessJourney #WorkoutMotivation #Calisthenics #PullUps #HomeWorkout #DmitryDedov
