NOTE // Dolphin Emulator's speedup was used in this multiple times and can have flashing imagery from its nature. Please be advised. This video demonstrates the extremely difficult achievement via RetroAchievements for SADX GC, where you need to do a very niche thing in the NiGHTS pinball - collect 5 Ideyas by making it to the top floor, obtaining 3 Blue Chip cards, and then making it into the secret area above, four different times (you automatically have one), with only one set of balls at your disposal. Falling out after the last ball will reset your progress, and you must do it all over again. Techniques I've found that works are to aim the ball only slightly on the left flipper at the bottom floor to hit the 3 magenta tokens, opening up the gutters on both sides to save you from falling out - you'll need to activate them at least twice to get both sides, though. You can repeatedly make it through the tube to get cards over and over, but another method is having the ball make it to the bottom of the left flipper, flip said left flipper (use the L/R buttons, NOT the A button) and hold left, you'll ricochet over to the top left roundabout and you'll (usually) make back around to the starting shoot, which can launch you to the second floor if the gate is opened. I recommend getting the 3 Blue Chip cards on the bottom floor beforehand, but I impatient most of the time and gambled on the top floor. To make it to the secret room with NiGHTS, methods I've seen is to aim the ball halfway down the flippers, and move the control stick to tilt the direction the respective flipper you're used - hold left after hitting the left flipper, hold right for the right flipper. You'll bounce on the counter side's bumper, and rise to the secret room. This method works but isn't always consistent for me. An alternate method I discovered that seems to have a high success rate for me - while a bit unorthodox - is using specifically the right flipper, hitting the ball at the very tip, holding left immediately after and launching upwards to the top corner of the room, begin to hold right when you're noticeably off the ground, you'll most likely jump straight into the trigger to the room.
