The Do's and Don'ts of Hiking- Exploring Patapsco Valley State Park - Avalon

Let's go hiking at the Avalon Area in Patapsco Valley State Park just south of Baltimore City. It's a great park to visit with 5 areas and hundreds of miles of trails to hike. If you live in the DMV area, then Patapsco is definitely a must visit if you love the outdoors. We visit two trails in this video and talk some do's and don'ts of hiking. Hopefully if you are a beginner hiker out there this video can help you get out on the trails. Hiking and being outdoors are some of my favorite things to do, and I hope this video can help you discover that love for yourself. The two trails we visit in this video the Swinging Bridge Trail which is an easy paved path along the river and Cascade Falls Trail which is a wooded trail with multiple stream crossings and a beautiful waterfall.
