This was EXPOSED...

The Anaheim Ducks blew a 2-0 lead against the Edmonton Oilers, giving up five straight goals in the second period before ultimately losing 5-2. Beckett Sennecke scored twice on the power play and debuted his new goal song, “Dancing Queen,” but Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl helped the Oilers completely take over the game. Lukas Dostal was pulled after allowing five goals, while Ville Husso took over in the third period. We also saw Nikita Klepov make his NHL debut as the youngest player in Anaheim Ducks history, but the loss exposed some concerning issues with the Ducks’ bottom six, defensive breakdowns, and lack of consistency. Can Leo Carlsson, Cutter Gauthier, Beckett Sennecke, and the young Ducks bounce back against the Winnipeg Jets, or is this a sign of things to come?
