Joey Fields II - Toms River HS North, NJ (Sophomore Season 2011)

After grasping the opportunity of seeing marginal varsity time as a freshman at Toms River High School North (New Jersey) during the 2010, 5-foot-9, 170 pound Joey Fields II made a huge statement as a sophomore in 2011 for the Mariners. The super-quick player with great vision, deceptive power/strength, soft-hands and the ability to play anywhere on the field -- Fields became one of the Regions top players for the Class of 2014 by way of the talent he placed on display week in-and-out to go along with legit sophomore statistics that include 39 catches for 370 yards and 4 scores ... he also averaged better than 20 yards per kick-return. POSITIONS PLAYED: RB, WR, KR, PR, and DB.
