SLT Iloilo (Panubok)

An old Panay-Bukidnon practice required selection of a binukot, from the female members of the family, to master their epic chants and traditional embroidery as a way to safeguard culture and tradition. In the absence of one today, Panubok patterns speak for the people as tangible expressions of their Sugidanon chants set in their mountain environment.
