Welcome to the very first Design Files! Del has landed her first commercial clients—Maddie and Dilan Cristaldi, the new owners of the Del Sol Valley gym. Their vision? Transform the outdated space into VITA Fitness + Wellness Center, an elevated destination for fitness, wellness, recovery, and community. In this episode, we meet the clients, review their wish list, tour the existing gym, and get to work completely reimagining the space. Let’s see what an interior designer can do with one of EA’s community lots. 😂 Welcome to The Design Files. #TheSims4 #Sims4Build #Sims4InteriorDesign #Sims4Renovation #SimplyDel 🏡 Join the Neighborhood! 💬 Discord:   / discord   🎮 Twitch:   / simplydelplays   Thanks for watching!
