KAEDE — the maple lets go, and nothing is lost. Sit at the edge of an old temple veranda and let the garden do the thinking for you. This is Japanese zen music for focus, study, and meditation, built on shakuhachi and koto. Kyoto's maples turn in November, so this video is early on purpose. It was made for the quiet months of waiting, when the color lives in memory rather than outside the window. Three hours of unhurried playing, arranged to open softly, widen through the middle, and settle again at the end. Leave it running for a whole work session and it will never ask for your attention. Every track is crossfaded into the next, so the music moves without a seam and nothing pulls you out of what you are doing. Perfect for: ✦ Deep work, study sessions, and long stretches of concentration ✦ Meditation, mindful breathing, and morning stillness ✦ Reading, writing, and slow desk work ✦ Settling a restless mind at the end of a long day ✦ Quiet company when the world outside feels too loud Every track is built on traditional Japanese instruments — koto and shakuhachi — played slowly, with a great deal of space left between the notes. There is no rain, no thunder, and no sudden swell anywhere in these three hours. The music on this channel is composed with the help of AI tools, then chosen, ordered, mixed, and mastered by hand here at Kyoto Zen Healing. We would rather tell you that in the first minute than let you wonder. ───────────────────────────── ⏱ CHAPTERS ───────────────────────────── 0:00:00 Opening the Paper Screen 0:03:05 Morning Light on Old Wood 0:06:07 Where the Garden Begins 0:09:33 A Single Leaf Turns 0:12:40 Air Moving Through Cedar 0:15:41 Ink, Brush, and Stillness 0:19:01 Maples Catch the Afternoon 0:22:22 Wind Across the Stone Path 0:25:48 The Hour Without a Name 0:29:04 The Center of the Day 0:33:09 Moss, Stone, and Shadow 0:36:58 Years Settled Into Color 0:39:59 Crimson at Its Fullest 0:43:31 The Garden Burning Quietly 0:47:13 Every Leaf Letting Go 0:50:29 The Light Grows Long 0:53:36 Stone Lanterns at Dusk 0:57:07 Nothing Moves but Breath 0:59:58 Repeat ───────────────────────────── 🎵 MORE FROM KYOTO ZEN HEALING ───────────────────────────── If this music helped you settle into your work, there is more here: 🎧 Playlists: 📖 Japanese Lofi for Study & Work – Zen Focus Music    • Japanese Zen Work Music — Deep Focus, Stud...   🍁 Autumn Zen Temple – Japanese Maple & Rain Lofi for Deep Relaxation    • Autumn Zen Temple – Japanese Maple & Rain ...   🧘 Zen Monk Meditation 僧 — Japanese Temple Music for Deep Sleep    • Zen Monk Meditation 僧 — Japanese Temple Mu...   🎬 Related Videos: ▶ FUKUTSU — 不屈 | Japanese Zen Music for Focus, Discipline & Inner Strength (Shakuhachi & Koto)    • FUKUTSU — 不屈 | Japanese Zen Music for Focu...   ▶ YUKYU — 悠久 | Japanese Zen Music for Study, Deep Work & Inner Strength (Shakuhachi & Koto)    • YUKYU — 悠久 | Japanese Zen Music for Study,...   ▶ MUSHIN – Japanese Zen Music for Study & Deep Work | Samurai Focus 無心    • MUSHIN – Japanese Zen Music for Study & De...   ───────────────────────────── If these three hours helped you finish something, or simply sit still for a while, a like and a subscribe genuinely help.
