What did VINGLI Direct have to say about all this? VINGLI- Direct messaged me less than 24 hours later to let me know they are going to refund my sink in full. I should receive a refund in the next seven days. I really appreciated their efficiency in responding to my refund request. I wish the product would have worked for me! I did read some reviews that it worked great for some people! That they loved having the sink and the feature that allows them to hook up to a hose. The ability to have a constant water flow is awesome!
