Running my iPhone app on the Mac for the first time (it's rough)

I've been building Stash as an iPhone app, but it compiles as a universal binary. Today I run it on the Mac for the first time and fix the ugliest parts live: the player, the background, navigation without a sidebar, accent colors, control groups, and window sizing. It syncs via iCloud, so queue changes on the Mac show up on the iPhone instantly. Stash is an offline first read it later app that turns articles into on device audio. No accounts, no subscription.
