0:39 Hostile Negotiations - Niko receives a phone call from Mallorie Bardas, who informs him that she thinks Roman has been kidnapped and is being held hostage at the Zero Gas Warehouse in Industrial. Niko drives to the warehouse where Roman is being held. Niko enters the warehouse and immediately takes cover behind a wall near the entrance. He fights his way through the factory, killing Dimitri's henchmen along the way, before finding Roman on the top floor. When he arrives, he finds Roman being held in a chokehold by his captor, who is holding a gun to Roman's head, Niko takes the kidnapper out. Roman thanks Niko for saving him, and the latter follows the former to leave the warehouse. Niko drives Roman back to his apartmen in Bohan. When they arrive at the safehouse, Roman admits the extent of his gambling addiction. Niko also explains that the duo need to leave Bohan as quickly as possible before Dimitri comes looking for them. 25:03 Final Interview - Francis McReary tells Niko Bellic that a lawyer, Tom Goldberg has evidence against him for corruption which would lead to a court case. Francis wants Niko to apply for a lawyer position at Goldberg, Ligner & Shyster in order to retrieve the evidence and eliminate Goldberg.
