In this video, we are going to check how punching shear is calculated and designed in Autodesk Robot. Furthermore, some discussions about deflection, drop panels and column heads are conducted.

Another way to add the slab drop panels, by defining the slab panels as slab openings, hence, overlaying the panels above the openings with the overall panel thickness. this method is more easier specially in complex slab shapes.
