Making a Contact Wheel Attachment for my 2 x 72 Belt Grinder on a Budget

I was so keen to add a contact wheel to my 2 x 72 bench grinder but was worried about the cost. Well, I managed to do this for comparatively little and I hope this will inspire others to do the same.
