How I stopped chasing what looked impressive

Your salary is not your self-worth! Show up as someone who loves what they do and brings good energy to the people around. But work is one part of our lives, not all of it. So I’m also protecting the parts of me that have nothing to do with productivity: my inner artist, the stuff I make just because I want to, not because it pays. This is about balance. Not quitting on your career, not burning out chasing it either. Take the job for what it is, do it well, and then leave room, real room, for your relationships, your personal projects, your rest 🌺
