Art Sketching by Raha | Hand Drawing like an Architect

In this video, we explore the process of creating a hand-drawn architectural sketch of a real location, from the initial lines and perspective to rendering, shading, textures, and final artistic details. By sketching the location and its surrounding elements, we explore the correct way to draw and render different architectural and natural elements — from stone, walls, doors, and wood to stairs, surfaces, shadows, and the details that give a place its character. The sketching process becomes a way to understand how the elements around us can be observed, simplified, drawn, and rendered by hand. Each element is developed as part of the overall scene, while perspective, proportions, light, shadows, textures, and architectural details come together naturally throughout the process. The final result is not only an architectural drawing, but also an artistic sketch of the location — where composition, framing, perspective, and the relationship between architectural and natural elements create the final image. This is a study of architecture sketching, hand drawing, architectural rendering, observation, composition, and the artistic process of transforming a real place into a hand-drawn sketch. #ArchitectureSketch #ArchitecturalSketching #HandDrawing #sketchingnature #artsketches #Sketching #art #sketch
