From the Italian show Noi siamo leggenda episode 3. Earlier in the episode the blonde girl repeatedly bullies the Asian girl. There is a very brief transformation earlier in the episode where she looks into a mirror and the blonde girl's image flashes back as she didn't realise she had this power. Later episodes also have transformations.
