Finally Upgrading A Griffin - Are Equipment Upgrades Worth It? | WR Frontiers

I have not upgraded anything in the game, and I decided I should try it out. The developers said that upgrades would not be a big part of the game in the future, but looking at the stat improvements by upgrading, they look pretty significant. The hp increases are pretty minimal, but the ability cooldown improvements for every robot are big. A max griffin can use its ability 30 seconds faster than a level 1 griffin. Which is a huge advantage. But lets test out these improvements.
