【江西故事】三清山 |「天下第一仙山」，因玉京、玉虛、玉華「三峰峻拔、如三清列坐其巔」而得其名，玉京峰為最高海拔1819米。以花崗岩峰林、雲海與棧道聞名，唯一敢與黃山叫板。一天陡步走完兩天的行程。

(登三清山片段可直接跳至05:05） 從外雙溪徒步攀登，經西海岸景區，三清宮，玉京峰，陽光海岸景區，南清園景區，萬壽園景區，回到外雙溪登山口。約22公里，總爬升約1650公尺。遇到奇松，怪石，峰林，雲海。人在峰巒裡，峰巒在畫中，畫在人心內 。 The journey commences with a rhythmic ascent from Waishuangxi, traversing the ethereal landscapes of the West Coast Scenic Area, the sacred Sanqing Temple, and the soaring heights of Yujing Peak. The path continues through the radiant Sunshine Coast, the lush Nanqing Garden, and the serene Wanshou Garden, eventually completing the circuit back at the Waishuangxi trailhead. Covering a demanding distance of 22 kilometers with a total elevation gain of 1,650 meters, the trek offers breathtaking encounters with gnarled pines, grotesque rock formations, sprawling stone forests, and a majestic sea of clouds.
